Kristine Gentry, PhD
CEO and Creator of Culture Grove's FoundationsÂ
Award-winning, CEO with over two decades of culture experience, helps growth-minded business leaders develop intentional cultural strategies to improve their overall business.
Kristine has worked in organizations ranging from local nonprofits to multinational companies, in industries including healthcare, education, oil & gas, industrial services, aviation, and nonprofits.
She found that the one thing each of these organizations had in common is that their most important asset was their people. Whether they had 20 people or thousands of employees, Kristine helped develop appropriate research plans to learn about the company and its existing culture, worked with clients to identify their core values and behaviors, and then led teams to develop creative and engaging culture communications programs to help create the desired culture identified by the leadership team.
Over her years of working with a variety of companies, Kristine has developed a simplified approach to developing an intentional company culture. Â
